The Monte Carlo Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas offers you all of the luxury you would expect and value you simply cannot ignore. SUSAN G KOMEN for the Cure WALK/RUN

Come walk with me in the Komen for the Cure walk/run in Honolulu October 18! I have rooms held at the Miramar, a moderate, centrally located hotel in Waikiki. Other hotels can also be arranged if you have a favorite or would rather stay at a property on the beach. The package includes the Miramar Hotel for 5 nights with a buffet breakfast, October 15-20, a ticket to the race/walk, entrance to the Bishop Museum with the newly restored Hawaiian Hall and insurance. I’ll be going to visit the museum myself as the newly restored historic Hall will not be available to visit until August. I would love to have you come with me! A portion of this package is designated as a donation to the Susan G Komen Foundation. Price: $458 per person, double occupancy. A single supplement price will be available as well. There are lots of activities available—everything from luaus and cultural activities, to an exclusive gourmet dinner prepared by a famous chef. There are hiking and biking and historic tours. Some activities have quite limited space so book early for availability. I am hoping to do a bit of hiking on my own up the Manoa Valley to see the falls and then have tea at the Waioli Tea Room.
